Our Story
React Tech Solutions was born from a simple but powerful observation: mid-market businesses deserved the same caliber of technology consulting and development that Fortune 500 companies enjoyed, but at a scale and price point that made sense for growing organizations. That insight drove Arjun Mehta to leave a successful 12-year career at enterprise tech companies and launch React Tech Solutions in Austin, Texas, in the spring of 2018.
Arjun started with just three engineers working out of a small co-working space near the University of Texas campus. Their first three clients were local Austin businesses that needed modern web applications to replace aging legacy systems. What set the team apart from day one was their willingness to deeply understand each client's business before writing a single line of code. That discovery-first approach quickly earned them a reputation for delivering solutions that actually solved problems rather than just checking boxes on a requirements document.
By the end of 2019, the team had grown to 15 engineers and designers, and the company launched its dedicated cloud services division to meet surging demand for AWS and Azure migrations. When the pandemic hit in 2020, React Tech Solutions pivoted rapidly to help businesses build remote work infrastructure, video conferencing integrations, and secure VPN deployments. That responsiveness fueled 200 percent growth in a single year and cemented the company's standing as a trusted technology partner during uncertain times.
Today, React Tech Solutions operates from two offices in Austin with more than 50 team members spanning engineering, design, cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and project management. We have completed over 500 projects for clients ranging from early-stage startups to publicly traded enterprises, and we hold AWS Advanced Partner status along with ISO 27001 certification. Despite our growth, we remain deeply committed to the founding principle that every client relationship should feel like a true partnership.

Founded in Austin, TX
Arjun Mehta opened our first office near the UT Austin campus with a team of three engineers. We signed our first three clients within the opening quarter, delivering custom web applications that replaced outdated legacy systems for local businesses.
